A note from one of your facilitators
When my first business coach told me I needed to calendar block and consolidate everything into one calendar, I resisted hard. I felt overwhelmed. I didn't know how to set it up. I couldn't picture how it would work.
But I was carrying everything in my head — every to-do, every deadline, every "don't forget to follow up with…" The cognitive load of just trying to remember what needed to happen in a day was exhausting me before the day had even started.
Once I built the system, something shifted. What I felt wasn't productivity. It was freedom. Mental freedom. The space that opens up when your brain stops working overtime to remember things your calendar could remember for you.
